n8n & Make automation

I design, build and maintain business automations in n8n and Make.com. That means connecting the tools you already use, adding AI steps where they earn their place, and keeping a person in the loop for decisions that need one.

What I build

Lead and inquiry routing

Capture leads from forms, email and ads, enrich them, score them and send them to the right person or CRM.

Document processing

Pull data from invoices, forms and PDFs, check it, and send anything uncertain to a person for review.

Content publishing pipelines

Turn one source, such as a script or an article, into scheduled posts, newsletters and site updates.

CRM and back-office sync

Keep CRMs, spreadsheets, email and accounting tools in step so nobody retypes the same record.

AI steps inside workflows

Classify, summarize, draft and extract with language models, with validation and fallbacks around each step.

Monitoring and alerts

Error handling, retries and alerts, so a failed run gets attention before it becomes a customer problem.

n8n or Make: how I choose

Both are excellent. The right one depends on your data, your volume and who will own the workflow after launch.

Topicn8nMake
HostingSelf-hosted or n8n CloudCloud, hosted by Make
Best forTechnical teams, sensitive data, custom logicFast visual builds that a non-developer can maintain
Custom codeJavaScript and Python code nodesMostly built-in modules and functions
Pricing modelPer workflow execution on Cloud. Self-hosting has no per-run fee, only hosting costsUsage-based, tied to how many steps run

Plans change often, so I check current pricing against your real volume before recommending one.

How it works

  1. Map

We walk through the process as it runs today and pick the step that costs you the most time.

  2. Prove

I build one workflow against real data, so you see it working before committing to more.

  3. Harden

I add error handling, logging and human review for the cases that will eventually go wrong.

  4. Hand over

You get documentation and full access, in your own account. You are never locked to me.

This is a good fit if

  • Your team retypes the same data between tools.
  • Leads or requests sit waiting for someone to notice them.
  • You pay for software that does not talk to the rest of your stack.
  • An older automation breaks silently and nobody finds out until later.

Questions about this service

Should I use n8n or Make?

Choose n8n if you need self-hosting, custom code or tight control over sensitive data. Choose Make if you want a faster visual build that a non-developer can maintain. I decide based on your data, your volume and who will own the workflow after launch.

What should a business automate first?

Automate a process that is frequent, rule-based and easy to check. Lead routing, data entry between tools and routine document handling are common starting points. Avoid starting with a rare, judgment-heavy process, because you will have little data to test against.

Do I own the automations you build?

Yes. Workflows live in your own n8n or Make account, with documentation and full access, so your team or another developer can take them over.

Have a process that should run itself?

Tell me what is slowing your team down. I will tell you what I would automate first, and whether AI belongs in it at all.
