AEO, GEO & SEO websites

I build fast Next.js websites designed to rank in search, answer questions directly and get cited by AI engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. The same thinking runs GetFoundAgent, my AI search audit platform.

What I build

Technical SEO foundations

Server-rendered pages, unique metadata on every page, canonical URLs, sitemaps and strong Core Web Vitals.

Answer-first content structure

Pages that state the answer early and clearly, so a reader or an AI engine can quote them accurately.

Structured data

JSON-LD for people, organizations, services and FAQs, so machines know exactly who and what a page is about.

AI crawler access

Robots rules and an llms.txt file that deliberately let AI crawlers reach the pages you want cited.

Entity consistency

The same facts about your brand across your site and profiles, so engines can connect them with confidence.

Measurement

Google Analytics, Search Console and lead tracking, so you can see what is working and act on it.

SEO, AEO and GEO: the difference

They overlap, and a good site serves all three. Each one targets a different kind of result.

TopicWhat it targetsExample
SEORanking in traditional search resultsA blue link on a Google results page
AEOBeing the direct answer to a questionA featured snippet or a voice assistant answer
GEOBeing cited inside AI-generated answersA source in ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews

How it works

  1. Audit

We measure how search and AI engines see you today, and find the gaps that matter most.

  2. Structure

I plan pages around the questions your customers actually ask.

  3. Build

I ship a fast site with metadata, schema and tracking built in from the start.

  4. Measure

We review results, then refine the pages and answers that are close to winning.

This is a good fit if

  • Customers ask ChatGPT about your industry and your brand never comes up.
  • Your site looks fine but gets little search traffic.
  • You run on an aging platform that is slow and hard to change.
  • You are launching a new brand and want to get this right from day one.

Questions about this service

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO aims to rank pages in traditional search results. AEO aims to make your content the direct answer to a question, as in featured snippets and voice assistants. GEO aims to get your brand cited inside AI-generated answers from engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

How do AI engines decide which sites to cite?

No engine publishes a full formula, but a few things consistently help. Crawlers must be able to reach the page, the content must state clear and specific answers, and your brand must be recognizable and consistent across the web.

Does an llms.txt file improve AI visibility?

It may help, but it is not a guarantee. llms.txt is an emerging convention that gives AI systems a clean summary of a site, and adoption by the major engines is still uneven. It is cheap to add, so I include it, but it does not replace clear content and solid technical foundations.

How can I find out how AI engines see my website?

Run an audit with GetFoundAgent. It checks readiness for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, then gives you a prioritized action plan. Most audits finish in under five minutes.
